Our Returns Policy
At The Big TV Shop we want to make sure that you are always happy with your product. In the unlikely event of any damage or a fault with your new product, we will deal with this immediately.
- Under distance selling regulations you are entitled to return any unused product/s within 7 days (starting the day after your product is delivered) for whatever reason.
- If you decide to return a product to us then you need to let us know, in writing, either by email, fax or letter, within this time period.
- To enable you to do this you must not have used the product and return it in the same condition in which it was delivered.
- There are some charges associated with this so please ensure you read the Returns & Cancellation sections of our Terms & Conditions.
Our Repair Service
- All products purchased from The Big TV Shop are covered by a manufacturer’s guarantee and are repaired by the manufacturer’s experts or our third party service agents (Key Electronics).
- Manufacturer’s guarantees are generally for up to 1 or 2 years and will cover all parts and labour for any fault that may occur. Should you wish to upgrade this warranty it is perfectly simple – we sell a 5yr warranty for only £99.99 which covers parts and labour and is backed by a leading insurance company AXA.
- It will not however cover you for damage (apart from damage notified at point of delivery) or misuse.
- You should always read the manufacturer’s instruction book before using your new product.
- The manufacturer may charge for any call outs where no fault is found with the product or where the manufacturer’s instructions for set up or use have not been followed.
- All customers are strongly advised to register their new TV using the details found on the warranty card in the original box.
